Is Krillin at the end of DBZ stronger than Goku in the beginning?

Yes. Krillin actually was stronger than Goku at the beginning and there’s reasons to support it. He’s still training after being recruited to the police force. His ki was also increased since where he was at during the cell games. Actually, his biggest feat that supports this claim was damaging cell max in the Dragon Ball Super Super Hero movie.

Krillin’s been training as a policeman which gives him room to get stronger.

He’s also had a noticeable increase in his Ki to take down his opponents.
