What do I do to get more sleep if my family members are too loud at night?
Use earplugs if this turns out to be too big of an issue. There’s other things you can do to enhance the quality of your sleep. Maybe sleeping in a darker room. Another is to have an actual sleep schedule. Avoid taking naps throughout the day. Also sleeping with a white noise playlist, or fan could even work.
