Why is Utopic Zexal banned?

It seems harmless of a card to me.

What other duelists think

Other duelists who are more familiar with this Utopic monster seem to collectively agree that this card should be banned.

There’s been pills and things alike with numbers in the triple digits that think the same, it should stay forbidden.

But when you look at the effects it holds, it seems pretty similar to other xyz cards.

I would even go as far as to say that there’s cards with better effects that are somehow fair play.
