It might be a behavior that’s odd to you and that’s a reasonable thing to be interested in.

It could be the result of a below average diet. That’s about as far as the concern you may have for the behavior your dog’s showing. But on the other hand it could just be happening because puppies like to explore and get familiar with their area. Remember some dogs have different personalities.

Depending on the foods you feed your dog it could affect the way they taste.

With this in mind you would be better off knowing a few foods that your dog can eat.

Five that you can try are:

• Carrots
• Apple Slices
• White Rice
• Fish / Chicken
• Peanut Butter

Can 2 month old puppies eat carrots

Yes they’re safe to eat but it’s best to serve in small pieces.

That’s actually the best time to start feeding your puppy carrots if you desire to do so.

Stay away from raw carrots though.

They’re too hard and can be hard for the puppy to chew and swallow.

You can even go as far as to serve broccoli, asparagus or bell peppers if it develops the taste.
