It’s thanks to a flawed notification system by the platform. There’s been complaints by many users about their email alerts directing them to everywhere else except the comments they want to see. There’s also the chance that there were inappropriate comments left under the video. That or anything they would consider as spam gets blocked. And restricted mode could be a possibility.
