Android 18 likes Krillin because of his bravery and strong relationship qualities he brings to the table. She also appreciated the fact that at one point he spared her and Android 17 (her brother). 18 ended up returning the favor by sparing his life in the series. It’s shown that she proves her loyalty to him by sharing her motivations for fighting and power she holds.
