Why Did The Tournament Of Power Happen
The Tournament of Power happened for a couple reasons. The first being that Zeno was tired of watching over so many planets and used this as an excuse to erase the irrelevant ones that were too hard to manage. This was a legendary saga in terms of seeing fighters reach new limits (and even new fighters for that matter).
